I have been following many different dieting methods, researching the latest trends, fads and healthy eating suggestions. Way back then there were no preservatives, dairy foods, factories, etc. the food came from the earth. Problems which would not have been apparent in the Paleolithic times. The diets guide you on how to eat better foods better suited to our physical make up. We need protein, unsaturated fat, vitamins, minerals, less carbohydrates, more potassium, etc. etc. The list goes on, the Paleo diet can instruct you on how to give your body all the relevant nutrition it needs to function at its best.
